Feasting while Fasting is NOT recommended if
You are pregnant or breastfeed
You have a disordered eating behaviour, are underweight or have a very low BMI
You use insulin or blood sugar reducing drugs as part of your (diabetes) treatment
You have low blood pressure or are medicating for high blood pressure
You have liver or kidney diseases
You have other chronic health conditions than those described above/pathologies/undergo medical treatment/use other medications unless you have consulted with your specialised medical doctor and have their written approval prior to participate.
