    • You use insulin or blood sugar reducing drugs as part of your (diabetes) treatment

    • You have low blood pressure or are medicating for high blood pressure

    • You have liver or kidney diseases

    • You have other chronic health conditions than those described above/pathologies/undergo medical treatment/use other medications unless you have consulted with your specialised medical doctor and have their written approval prior to participate.

  • Not at all! While many of my clients are in midlife or going through menopause, I also work with women of all ages — starting from their early 30s and beyond. If you’re looking for support with your health, hormones, or overall well-being, please reach out. I’d love to hear your story and see how I can help.

  • Absolutely! I work with clients worldwide. While it would be wonderful to meet in person, I offer online 1:1 consultations so you can connect with me from anywhere. My signature programs — Feasting While Fasting and Nourish to Flourish — are also fully online, with live sessions, chat groups for questions and support, and a warm community where many women thrive together.

  • Yes, absolutely. Whether or not you choose Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a personal decision, and my programs work seamlessly alongside it. Many of my clients are on HRT, while others are not — both benefit equally from the nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness support I provide.

  • Yes. I support many women with lifestyle-related health conditions such as insulin resistance, diabetes type 2, high cholesterol values, gut and digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, low energy, and similar concerns. My programs focus on nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and holistic wellness to help you feel your best.

    However, your well-being always comes first. If I feel that your needs go beyond my expertise, I will refer you to another qualified nutritionist or other suitable health care provided. This ensures you always get the most appropriate care and the best possible outcome.

  • If you’re unsure which program fits your needs best, I recommend booking a free 15-minute discovery call. During this call, we’ll talk about your health history, current concerns, and personal goals. Based on our conversation, I’ll guide you toward the program or service that’s most suitable for your unique situation.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept health insurance at this time. My services are private-pay only. Many clients, however, view this as an investment in their long-term health and well-being. If you wish, I can provide receipts that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, although this cannot be guaranteed and will depend on your individual plan.

  • Yes! In addition to English, I also offer support in Spanish. Since I am originally from Sweden, I also speak Swedish and can support clients in Scandinavian languages. This makes my programs and consultations accessible to a wider international community of women.
