Hi, I’m Dr. Malin
Registered Dietitian (RD), MSc, and PhD in Nutrition
With more than 30 years of experience as a university professor, clinician, researcher, and women’s health expert. Originally from Sweden, I have lived abroad for over 25 years — in Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, the UAE, and Spain — an experience that has given me a deep appreciation for the many ways women approach health and wellbeing across cultures.
I know firsthand that midlife brings both challenges and opportunities. Shifting hormones, changes in energy and metabolism, and the many roles we juggle as women can sometimes feel overwhelming. At the same time, it is also a stage full of wisdom, growth, and new possibilities. As a mother of three, I understand the realities of navigating health while balancing family, career, and life transitions but I also know that small, sustainable steps can create powerful change.
My passion is helping women feel strong, clear, and confident. I share knowledge and simple, practical tools that support them in taking ownership of their health and restoring balance for long-term wellbeing.
