What’s Going On With Me

— And What Can Be Done?

Understanding the hormonal, emotional, and physical shifts of perimenopause — and what you can do first.

This workshop is for women in their late 30s to early 50s who feel that something has started to shift — sleep, energy, mood, brain fog, patience, tears, anger, or body changes — and would like to understand the basics of perimenopause.

Perimenopause is not only about periods changing. It can affect both body and mind.

In this 45-minute workshop, we will look at:

What perimenopause is and how to recognise it

Why hormonal changes can affect both body and mind

What kinds of support and treatment options exist

What you can start doing through nutrition and lifestyle

As a registered dietician, I will guide you through the basics in a calm, practical and science-led way.
