Hi, I’m Dr. Malin Garemo 

I’m a Registered Dietitian (PhD) with over 30 years of experience in clinical care, research, and global health. I specialize in supporting women through the hormonal transitions of midlife with grounded, practical, and deeply personalized care.

I believe health is not a “project” it’s a relationship.

This is a 5 day fasting mimicking group program where we eat 3 daily meals while tricking the body to believe its fasting and thereby reaping the benefits that come with fasting.
